Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup or agave
- 1 tbsp dairy-free milk (like oat or almond)
- A pinch of salt
- A sprinkle of chocolate chips
- Optional: vanilla extract, cinnamon, or crushed walnuts
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug (flour, protein powder, salt).
- Add the wet ingredients (nut butter, sweetener, milk) and stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 20–30 seconds for a warm, gooey center or skip microwaving for raw-style dough.
- Top with nut butter drizzle or sea salt flakes if desired.
- Optional: Chill in the fridge if preferred cold.
Notes
Use almond or oat flour for a gluten-free version. Adjust protein and mix-ins to your needs — hemp hearts, chia seeds, or even Greek-style vegan yogurt make great additions.
