- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2–3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Optional: 1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free)
Instructions
- Mash the banana directly in a 10–12 oz microwave-safe mug.
- Add peanut butter and mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and milk until combined.
- Mix in sweetener, if using. Do not overmix.
- Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds. Start with 60 seconds and add time if needed.
- Let cool for 1 minute before eating.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best natural sweetness. Avoid overmixing or overcooking to prevent a rubbery texture. Customize with chocolate chips, nuts, or protein powder as desired.
