Instructions

- Add flour, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or berries.
- Microwave on HIGH for 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave wattage.
- Let rest for 30 seconds before topping and enjoying warm.
Notes
Use a 12–14 oz mug to prevent overflow. Add a tablespoon of mashed banana or applesauce for extra moisture if desired.
